My Day, My Gift, My Country

April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children’s Day was celebrated at our school through a vibrant and memorable event organised by our 5th grade students under the inspiring theme “My Day, My Gift, My Country.”

As part of the celebration, each class represented a different country, offering a rich and engaging glimpse into cultures from around the world. Students proudly wore traditional costumes and carefully prepared stands featuring national flags, cultural artefacts, famous landmarks, and traditional foods unique to their chosen countries. Furthermore, they delivered informative presentations in English, confidently sharing fascinating facts about the nations they represented.

23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı, okulumuzda 5. sınıf öğrencilerimiz tarafından “Benim Günüm, Benim Hediyem, Benim Ülkem” temasıyla düzenlenen renkli ve unutulmaz bir etkinlikle kutlandı.

Kutlama kapsamında her sınıf farklı bir ülkeyi temsil ederek dünyanın çeşitli kültürlerine zengin ve ilgi çekici bir bakış sundu. Öğrenciler geleneksel kıyafetlerini gururla giyerek seçtikleri ülkelere ait bayraklar, kültürel objeler, ünlü yapılar ve geleneksel yiyeceklerin yer aldığı stantlar hazırladılar. Ayrıca, İngilizce yaptıkları bilgilendirici sunumlarla temsil ettikleri ülkeler hakkında ilgi çekici bilgiler paylaştılar.
